2003 I was asked to do a demo at the WORLD BIENNALE WORKSHOP in Jeoju, Korea

That truely was a super experience with really nice people, a great happening and in the mean time being able to see the huge (WOCEF) show on ceramics...

We were picked up from the airport and driven right-away (jetlag? what is that?) to Icheon, (Icheon International Ceramic Workshop) where the grandmasters in handbuilding and/or throwing showed their often very innovative work.

Then it was off, back to Seoul where Jos and me spend a few days sightseeing and our hosts made sure we would not get lost. What an organisation!

After these few days of really getting over jetlag and such, we were transported to Jeoju, the Ceramic Design Workshop.

Both the happenings were so overwhelming that even now, 5 years later, it is hard to make a choice which pictures I want to share with you.
We took too many!

It was a super event!
Great people, lots of fun and a swell atmosphere...
